Returns and Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I'm happy to help you! I offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a full refund to the original payment method minus the return shipping.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • I don't accept returns on custom orders.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID.
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

  • You are responsible for shipping the item back to me.
  • The customer will need to pay all return shipping fees.
  • If your item is lost or damaged, please contact the post office before reaching out. Unfortunately, I'm a stay at home mom and I work from my garage. I can't afford replacing orders and items if they are damaged or lost.
